If my info is correct the TPR9 is:
7.56" in length
5.5" in Height
1.4" in Width
31 oz in weight
Which makes it a home defense pistol for me and not a conceal carry pistol. Think I would like to hold one when they are available. But I do not intend to give up my 380cc for carrying.
Are my figures correct.
Tony
Agreed, but I got the impression that both HC and UC were to be updated. I recently was given a new HC and having bought 10 mags for it, I think it would be difficult to CC without some major adjustments. I do like some of the listed improvements, including the more ergonomic grip and though I've not fired one, it is supposed to have the new trigger developed for the XT version. With the 2 9UC and the new 9HC, I don't think I will be in the market for one anytime soon. Will just have to live with lusting for one. Even though The 9UCs will remain relegated to nightstand duty, I'm giving thought to doing the Ruger SR9C sleeve mod to a couple of the HC mags to use on the UCs. Would improve the grip 100% and then some.

Hi 9UC, I am at a compete lost with your statement "giving thought to doing the Ruger SR9C sleeve mod to a couple of the HC mags to use on the UCs". Never heard of a Ruger SR9C sleeve mod ???? Is this just to improve the gripping ability of your pistol if you have big hands???

Picked up the idea on either Bersa Chat or Bersa Pistol Forum. It's not for the extra 4 rounds it's for hoping that I can get back to carrying my 9UCs instead of relegating them to nightstand duty. Improved grip for broad hands like mine like mine especially since I have some arthritis problems and some carpal tunnel damage that affects the gripping ability of the pinkie finger on either hand. That's why three years ago, in addition to it being more concealable that I reverted back to carrying the BT-380. The gun pictured is a standard 9UC I think it's the Firestorm version of the 9UC with the 9HC mag inserted. That leaves a large gap between the bottom of the 9UC mag well and the bottom of the mag. By trimming the SR9C sleeve to fit the 9HC mag, it will fill in the space between.

The top picture is the mag sleeve by Ruger. It has to be trimmed, I need to touch base with the OP on it and find where he trimmed it.

The top pictures shows the difference in the length of the 9UC and 9HC mags

The below picture shows how far it extends out of the 9UC and my grip on it. As you can see, quite a bit of space and the Ruger sleeve fill that space in as you can se from my first post.
