For my Bersa Thunder Pro 9mm UC, I am reloading 124 FMJ (for break in period) with CCI 550 magnum primers. I have done research and found this is possible.
Would anyone suggest a slight negative adjustment in the minimum load (I will be using Unique or W231) or stick with the minimum load?[

It's all I could find for sale so right now I'm using mag primers with 115 gr bullets and 5 gr. Unique with no problems. Functions fine with my Thunder 9 UC Pro. I'm not sure what 124 gr bullets would do on it.
