Still working on it (as you can tell). Already have about 6 hours in it. These guns have very wavey and grainy metal once you strip the finish. That and some casting marks that must go away. As you can tell, I have a long ways to go! It will all look like a mirror when I'm through. Everything is loosely stuck together in the pic as I am just checking my progress, which motivates me to continue.

BTW, I traded a SCCY for it, and only paid $199 for the SCCY. The Bersa had some finish wear, according to the previous owner, so he spray painted EVERYTHING silver. Even the internals! Was all flaking off and looked like crapola.

From what I see you have done a great job on it so far, looks like new from the picture. The before pictures made your 9 Pro UC look like a lost cause and ready for the junk box.

Hey thanks Tony! It's been a challenge, but fun seeing it transform. I will be making a detailed, technical type post with pics, drawings and notes once done so as to help others who may be afraid or just unsure about taking one of these down like I have.

Any final thread about this? Looks way cool! Is this a stainless or allow model (frame) And do I assume correctly the slide was???? Looks Nickle?

As far as these pictures go, it really looks great!!
