If you live in or visit Texas regularly while carrying and you want to know where you can not carry ahead of time download Texas 3006 from your play store or app site. It will show you locations that do not permit conceal carry.
I just downloaded it and I like it.

Looks like I'm behind the power and knowledge curve but having just read this lately, I finally got off the duff and downloaded the app. I like having it and hearing the mild beep when I get to a location that has the "Free Fire Zone" signs posted on the door.
