In May, I finally bought the TPR9c that I have been wanting for quite some time. I thinks it is a great looking gun and it feels really good in my hand. However, I discovered when shooting it, that the corner of the beaver tail bites into the bottom of my thumb where it rides. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm really upset over this because I really like this pistol and I don't want to get rid of it. I thought about putting a Hogue grip-all on to see if that makes enough of an adjustment, but was curious if anyone had a different possible solution. Thanks for any ideas.

I have one a little older, and after 100 - 150 rounds I get a LARGE blister, fron I THINK, the safety lever ! let me know if the Hogue works out for you.

The solution may be something as simple as putting a small piece of electrical tape over the corner of the beaver tail where it rubs your thumb. That might provide enough cushion to stop the bite.

That is a very sound possibility. I had thought about using some grip tape, but the electrical tape might actually be smoother. Thanks for that idea.
