My Bersa Thundra CC broke two times already within 1500 rounds. First the decoker lever broke. Then within 100 rounds after repair, the trigger now wont release the hammer. I sending it back again.. When working, i very happy with it but that may change.. ( no its not the mag )

While I don't have any experience with the CC, I don't think this is the norm. Assuming (I know) you're the original purchaser, send it in.
Try sending the pistol to Co. Gun Works their now in IN . Royce seems to have handle on solving most problems .

Just a thought If you have removed the grips or tightned them R/grip to tight will cause that
I have a BT380CC however I have not fired more than 400 rounds thru it since it is my carry weapon. Eleven hundred rounds is too many to fire at one time but I will go to the range more often to test it out. Hopefully I will not have any problems.

How did the decocker break? What was happening? Would it not decock the hammer when you swiveled it, or would it not swivel? That is disturbing no matter what the answer.
Thanks.

Yes, expanding on the above thread, how did the decocker break? Did it break apart as in the metal snapped or did it fall out or something else? I ask because while cleaning mine just the other day the decocker fell out! I was cleaning that area and maybe I was a little too forceful but it started to fall out. I was at first alarmed. Thinking I had broken or disconnected something making a trip back a possibility.

But I looked it over, fooled around with it, had to turn the firing pin edge 180 degrees and it went back in place. Function-checked it, continued to clean and lube and it was all alright.

Yours might be something simple -- unless the metal is broken or something like that.
The metal decocker lever broke off, in half, what was 1/2 inches long was now 1/4 inches long. Also they gave me a new gun because they said the frame was also cracked
I had to return my bersa cc to the factory. Could not get more than 2 rounds off before it jammed.
Have a thunder 380 that shoots well using factory mags. Gun does not like pro mags.
I guess you get what you pay for.
Broken lever and frame, sounds like the weapon took a hard impact being the two parts are unrelated and one shouldn't cause the other to break. Not saying you did it but there is a chance that it happened before it made it to your hands. Not important as it's already been replaced. As for the trigger problem, could be that the grip is too tight and putting pressure on the trigger link bar. There is also a pin behind the trigger link bar that has been known to work lose and put pressure on the bar causing your problem. Most have solved that issue by pushing the pin back in and putting a small dot of loc-tite on it to prevent it from happening again.

just posted the same problem with my Bersa .380 thunder.. this is the second time ..no trigger tension...won't drop the hammer.. send it away again for 6-8 weeks? There wasn't a speedy return the last time.
Right on! The bersa thunder does not like pro mags.

My BT380 has no problems with the three ProMags I got. It also works fine with MecGar mags, which holds 8 rounds!
I own two Bersa pistols and have put thousands of rounds down range never had any problems with either of them I have T22M and a T9MP13 both great guns. I think that you just got unlucky and ended up with a bad gun if you do want to look at some other Bersa or any other brand jump over to our website and take a look we would be happy to answer any questions you may have. tpsgunsales.com - The Pawn Shop and Gun Sales - Tipton, Iowa,
