I just picked up a TPR9c, but additional magazines are nowhere to be found. I ordered a few of the 17 round mags, but I'd like to find a sleeve to fill the gap between the base of the compact grip and the base plate of the magazine. Anyone ever come across such a thing?

I ran into this problem a few years ago and found that I could cut down a Ruger SR9c sleeve to fit. I cut the top edge down to .8" then sanded it down to .75" to fit. Cost about $10 each so take your time fitting them. They work great!!!

As it turns out, the distributor sent my FFL the full-sized version. I'm going to keep it. Thanks for the info.

I’m feeling the same way. I just ordered a set of Ameriglo night sights to go on it. I only have one full sized 9 with DA/SA. I’ve been looking for something Sig P226-like without the P226 price tag. When I was asking around for recommendations, somebody mentioned the TPR9. I’m a lefty, so the idea of an ambi gun is very appealing. I also do a lot of weak side shooting, so this is the perfect choice for me.

If I'm not mistaken, you can reverse the mag release to the other side also to make it left handed.

Thanks, but I never do that. When I started using a handgun, I was in the Army and all we had were right handed Colt M1911A1s, so I learned how to use my left middle finger to drop the magazine.

I just have one regular 9 with DA/SA. I've been searching for something Sig P226-like without the P226 sticker price. At the point when I was making a few inquiries for suggestions, someone referenced the TPR9.

I ended up getting the TPR9. I'm making a trip to the range with it today.
