For home protection there are several things you should have close especially at night while in bed. You should have your weapon of choice with spare ammo, cell phone and a flashlight. I have all 3 plus a knife and just recently I got myself a Feit Electric Flashlight, it is 8" long, uses 2 "c" cell batteries and not only lights up the whole back yard and can zoom in at a long distance but it also has some weight so it can be used as a weapon too. I got rid of my old flashlight. My wife has one for her side of the bed and I will be getting another for my car. My new Flashlight looks great next to my Bersa Thunder 380.

Howdy Steamer. There are no marking on the flash light just the name Feit Electric, it is 8 1/2 inch's long extended and uses 2 " C " size batteries. But it sure does light up the place. Next time I am at Ace Hardware I will check if there is a model # on the packaging.
