BP9CC Mag Safety Broken

I got my BP9CC last May and discovered mid-summer the magazine safety didn't always work. As that seemed to be the only problem, I wasn't too worried as that's the one feature I don't like on the gun anyway. But the frequency of the malfunction has increased since then and I'm wondering if I'm making a mistake in not sending it in for repair. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there hidden problems I don't know about? Could it turn in to a worse problem? Am I foolish to depend on it to work properly if I ever need it in a life/death situation? If I decide to repair it, any advice on which facility to return it to?

Welcome to the Bersa Pistol Forum from The Lone Star State Mitche.
I don't have a BP9CC however I would not continue to use your BP9CC until the Mag Safety issue is completely resolved if you plan to use it for protection from BG's. First what type of problem are you having. Does the mag not seat, pops out or the gun will not fire. If the BP9cc is new I would sent it back to Bersa for warranty repair.
