I also carry a Bersa 380cc and love it.
In the winter time I use a Fobus Paddle OWB Holster type since I will be wearing a coat, jacket or sweater. $24.99 now a days. Holds my 380 tight but I can draw it very easy. Had it for a couple of years now and still in great condition.
In the summer I use a Uncle Mikes size 1 soft IWB Holster. Not a high price Holster but serves me well. I usually forget I have on since it is a soft and not hard plastic which make it very comfortable.

Picked up both holsters you suggested yesterday @ Academy Sports and as stated, they both fit perfectly. Thanks again.
Also sampled my stock and found that two other owb also fit the 380 cc:
