Is the Bersa Thunder 380CC a pocket pistol?

I am thinking about getting one (or trying to!) and I wear jeans year round. with a 32 inch waist if that helps the conclusion-finding.

I have a Bersa 380CC and I don't consider it a pocket pistol unless you have large strong pockets. It weights 16.4 oz and 6" long and feels very good in your hand. It also has a 8 round magazine. Several times on weekends I would head to the donut shop for some donuts and put my Bersa 380CC in my pants pocket and it felt very uncomfortable there. Now I am on onl;y 5'6" tall so that may have some bearing on it. That does not mean you can not carry it in your pocket since the hammer is stubby and will not hang up in you pocket.

I carry mine in my pocket in an Uncle Mike's size 3 pocket holster. It is a little big for the pocket, but I like the pistol so much that I do not mind. If your pocket is large enough and your pant are not too tight it will disappear; mine does in the right pants. I say carry what you love, as long as you can make it work!

As others have said, it mostly depends on the size of the pocket and how you feel about it fitting. I've heard of some who carry a Glock26 (!!!) in their pocket and it works ... for them. The Bersa CC is thin, has almost non-exisitent sights and a good stiff trigger in its DA mode. First shot should be safe for pocket draw, IMO, in a good holster. Could you find one to try? That is the only way. Does it work for YOU?! You're the one carrying it.

I keep the manual safety ON when it is in my pocket.

I made my own leather holster patterned off of an Uncle Mike's size 3 pocket holster. I don't have a photo to post, but I will take one and try to post it.

These are my 3 Bersas in one picture. As you can see all 3 are almost the same size. The Bersa 380CC is in the middle.

I picked up a 380cc 2 months ago for summertime carry. I then got a IWB from N82 Tactical, it's very comfortable. Left in a hurry to the store one day so I just stuck in the front pocket of my jeans. No problems and you can't tell it's there (relaxed fit jeans). Now that's how I carry it anytime I am wearing jeans. Does not pull down on my pants. Khakis or dress pants I use the holster. Oh, works well with cargo pants as well. Also I don't bother with a pocket holster, just stick it my pocket bare. Sights are low, hammer bobbed so nothing to snag getting it out. It's awesome!

It's pretty pocketable man honestly for jeans it will print i'm slim size 30 -32waist and i can pocket it with holster works great with the holster here's pics hope i help

You can also chuck the entire thing into the pocket but it can move around and get stuck on the way out if ya not careful, plus if you run, it'll fly around like a brick in your pocket.
