New out of the box. 160 rounds. Likes cci mini mags, velocitors, stingers,Winchester superxxx1330 FPS, blazer, armscor high velocity, Remington thunderbolt. Choked on Federal champion, cci standard velocity, American eagle.
Today I put another 150 rounds thru it using only the high velocity ammo noted above. Not a single hiccup.
This little pistol is a good shooter. Very accurate at 40 feet.
Plus, it's fun to shoot. Hardly any recoil or muzzle jump.
Could be a ladies CC using high velocity ammo. I would not hesitate to use mine for CC. 10 accurately placed 22s which can be fired very fast could do serious damage. Would be better than a poke in the eye.
Now joins my roster of two other Bersas-both .380s.
Semper fi.

I have not found ANYTHING that my Thunder .22 WON'T feed. Favorite to plink with: Vipers. Most interesting: CCI Quiet rounds.....although you do have to rack the slide. Good training to throw a couple in the mag and practice clearing "bad" rounds.

Hi
I have a bobcat 22. It's a fussy little pistol. Neat, but a lot of jams. Was hoping to get it more reliable by putting a lot of rounds thru it to break it in.
Using mostly high velocity ammo.
Any suggestions?

The wife's Bob Cat 22LR jams after a lot of rounds are fired and I think the problem may be with the flip up barrel getting too hot causing an alignment issue since it starts firing great again after it cools down. She likes the bob cat because she does not have to rack it each time you load another mag. Just slip in another round in the barrel.
