Can any of you good peeps refer me to a gunsmith who can properly install Meprolite Tritium Night Sights (or the equivalent) on a BT .380 slide?

Hey Doc,

I know it's been a while since you Posted this Thread.....but can you let us know if you actually installed Nite Site to your Bersa? It would help me a lot.....I'm in a same boat you were. Did you find nite sites? If so where? Did you use an alternative such as paint? Thanks,

Hi Doc, Finding night sights for the Bersa Thunder 380 is like finding hens teeth. Won't happen. With that being said I can tell you what I did to my Bersa Thunder 380 Plus. I changed out the front sight with a Meprolight ML-10242. Then for the rear sight I removed the blade and placed a tritium insert horizontaly on the blade groove and sealed it down with UV glue that was provided by the place that I bought the insert from. Tritium Vials, Tritium Markers, Key fobs and Titanium items - Home Placing the horizontal bar just under the front dot at 5 yards I will hit a quarter size red dot 75% of the time. WORKS GREAT! If you would like pictures I will try to post as soon as I can remember how.

Critterdoc, I am not sure where you live since my GPS is in my car, however most gun ranges and gun shops have Gunsmiths available.
If you do get Tritium Night Sights do let me know how they work for you since I have been wondering if I should get one because I am usually out late.
